Appointment & Query Policy
Please note the practice email is for transfer of information only and not for requesting prescriptions, results or appointments. Please contact the surgery for any queries on 059 64 81520.
Patients receiving copies of results for consultant or outpatient appointments should book follow-up with Dr Ramirez to discuss findings, as consultants may only discuss results relevant to the specific hospital visit.
Please note our email account is for non-urgent clinical correspondence only. Emails are reviewed at various times through the day. Due to high volume, allow 24 to 48 hours for processing or follow-up.
Urgent pharmacy queries must be directed by telephone to the surgery and should not be sent by email, as email is reviewed sporadically. Telephone: 059 64 81520.
For HCPs, hospitals and nursing homes, all urgent queries should be directed to the surgery on 059 64 81520.
Out of Hours
If you need urgent care outside surgery hours, use your regional out-of-hours GP service. For emergencies, call 999 or 112 immediately.
